What is the difference between coaching and Executive Profiling?
Executive Profiling is not about setting goals or learning new techniques. It is about making visible the behavioural patterns you cannot see yourself. In coaching, you talk about behaviour. In profiling, you see behaviour — micro-reactions, interpretation filters, subtle tension shifts, timing, pacing, and relational dynamics. It is a deeper, more precise and significantly faster form of behavioural insight.

How do I know if this is right for me?
If you are strong in your expertise but notice that interactions, conversations or collaborations sometimes create friction or frustration — without a clear reason — then this work fits you. It is designed for professionals who want to understand relational patterns and who are willing to train their awareness.

How quickly will I notice a difference?
Usually within 1 to 3 sessions. Not because you need to “learn” something, but because you receive new information about yourself — information that was simply not available before. Most people experience more calm, clarity and congruence immediately following the NeuroProfile Analysis.

Why do I miss my own patterns in the first place?
Because no one can see themselves from the outside. And because under pressure, the brain relies on automatic filters that were once helpful — but now create blind spots. Awareness is a trainable skill. And with the right method, it develops rapidly.

How does the NeuroProfile Analysis work?
It is an intensive behavioural and interaction analysis in which we map: non-verbal behaviour, micro-reactions, emotional and stress logic, relational patterns, interpretation processes, and congruence vs. incongruence. The outcome is a clear profile of how you function in high-impact interactions.

Is this confronting?
Yes — but never painful. It gives you the information you have been missing all along,
and the insights you need to feel calm, congruent and clear in complex situations. Professionals often describe it as: “I finally understand why things unfold the way they do.”

How long does a full program take?
The follow-up to the analysis is the Neuro Alignment Program, a tailored 6 to 12-month trajectory that combines analysis, reprogramming and integration of new behavioural patterns. The pace is determined together, based on your role, pressure level and question.

Do you only work 1-on-1, or also with teams?
I work exclusively 1-on-1 at the executive level. Teams benefit as a natural by-product of your development. If teamwork is needed, I refer to my colleague who has 40 years of experience in training and personal development. My specialty lies beneath team dynamics: the individual patterns that create team behaviour.

How is confidentiality handled?
Everything discussed or observed is strictly confidential. No reports to HR, no evaluations for managers. You decide what you share and with whom.

What does a program cost?
My programs are tailor-made.
The investment depends on:
a) the complexity of your question
b) the intensity of the guidance
c) the duration (6–12 months)
d) the level of support.
During an introductory call, I ask targeted questions to determine what you need. If the proposal aligns with your expectations, we proceed. No surprises, no hidden fees.

Can I combine this with other forms of therapy or coaching?
No. Executive Profiling is a high-precision process that works best when everything that becomes visible is framed, interpreted and integrated within one methodology. Other forms of guidance — however valuable — introduce different logic, language and frameworks, which dilute the clarity of the pattern analysis. To protect the quality and effectiveness of the work, I do not combine this with parallel support from other professionals.

Will you tell me what I’m doing wrong?
No. I show you what you have not yet seen — and why it has an impact. It is not judgment. It is information.

Is this a quick fix or real change?
It is sustainable change. Patterns become visible → integrated → re-anchored.

Am I the only one who doesn’t see these patterns?
No. No one sees themselves clearly from the inside out. This is human, not a personal flaw.
